My Mil has an old singer. Model # AK590264 can anyone give me some info. about this machine?

Singer lets you look up by serial number. Looks to me like it's a model 221, manufactured probably late 1951 (the serial numbers were issued October 31 of that year). City of manufacture Elizabeth, NJ.

You could ask Billy- lostn51. If he doesn't have them he could probably tell you where to find them. I'm thinking maybe a hardware store??
