To set it up full size, you will need a minimum of a 12x7 foot space. And that's if you put one end of it up against the wall. Set up at half-size, you will only be able to do baby quilts or smaller. But have fun. You'll enjoy it and then want a larger setup in no time.

Don't need a living room. Everyone have a TV in bedroom. and table to eat at. That is all you need. Sounds so exciting.

Sounds like a good deal. Take a deep breathe, start reading and rearranging! I'm not much of a cook (steamed veggies, baked fish or chicken, and rice is my usual-the hubs cooks :) so I'd definitely forgo a dining room for more quilting space. I hope you get it up and running and enjoy it! But if you don't, you can probably resell with little or no loss.
