So....now that you've had it for a few months, what do you think? Is it a good setup? What do you like or dislike about the whole setup?

Well, Vanessa, I'm ashamed to say that I have not mastered the putting the quilt top, etc on the frame. I have not taken the time to watch the video, which I have to do in the garage (no vcr in house). Yes, feeling very guilty about all of this. My husband put together the half frame, he's been on my rear a bit.

Once you get it on the frame, mark the leaders with marker, indicating which part is attached to which leader. The next time it won't be as confusing. - Also indicate for the backing, 'inside facing up for backing'. Enjoy!

When I got my super quilter and Juki I told dh that we didn't need a living room...well that didn't work as well as I would have liked. LOL We have a big living room so we moved a few things closer together and I do have the set up in the living room. Table alone is 8ft.
I am sure you will find room and Congrats! I think you got a great deal!
