    I was so glad to see this. I just got some similar panel fabric, but of horses, to make a quilt for DS and DDIL, (they train horses). Wasn't sure just how I was going to put it together, but had a similar thing in mind. The normal 2" sashing wouldn't make it the size I wanted, but I was worried making much wider wouldn't look right, but I see yours is wider and looks great. How wide is the sashing?
    I'd better get working, we're leaving from DE to take it to OK in May so I need to be done by first week of May. This is only my third full quilt, so this is a challenge. Thanks for the post.
