Which online dealer should I use?

I have bought 2 Brother machines from Ken's and couldn't be happier. If I have a problem I pick up the phone and call Kevin or shoot him an Email. I live a couple hours away but I can make time to get my machines in for their warranty work if needed. They are a good dealer and nice people.
Amazon is okay but I don't want to have to ship my machines to Brother directly if something happens. My choice.

I use Amazon the biggest majority of the time. I have alway been pleased with their service. I know you will enjoy your machine and hope your experience with them is as good as mine has been. I like it that I usually have my items the next day, and I do not have prime, but I also live in Phoenix, where there is a huge Amazon hub nearby.

I say if you can buy from local shop your supporting you community. Our local shop also gives discounts after you buy a new machine. I get a 20% discount on all notions in the store since I purchased a machine. I also get a discount on servicing all my machines. You might ask if they offer any type of "deals".

First, Happy Birthday! Second, I've been very pleased with Amazon's service for sewing equipment. They are fast (especially if it is eligible for Prime shipping) and they are easy to deal with if there is a problem.

Most reputable online dealers will send a return shipping label if you are sending a machine in for warranty work! I have had to do this a couple of times because I too live in a rural area. All you have to do is contact them first.
