Online Shopping - Ideal Sites?

Ok-
Since I started the thread about the LQS and got a tremendous response, now I am curious to know what you ideal online shopping website would be/look like? Do you want videos related to the product, would you like forums, tutorials etc.? How about design and layouts of the site in general? I am curious as some sites are wonderful, and others send me over the edge!
