I was quilting my quilt for the show Sat morning when the lights went out right when I was cutting some thred on top of the quilt. I did not noticed the small hole I made untill Sun. becauce the lights were out untill 11:30 Sat. night. I keep running into problems with this one. Now I have to take out that pice an add an other. Am I ever going to finish this quilt for the show? I sure hope so.

I had the same thing happen to me! Well, almost...I didn't even have the lights went out excuse...just "snip" and oops.

It was a commissioned quilt of a teddy bear, and I had a fit when I did that.

So here is how I fixed it: I told myself, calm down, no one but you knows what this quilt is supposed to look like....so I appliqued a tiny heart over the snip, and it was fixed right up.

Every quilt has a story, that's for sure!
