    I think your colors for the borders really bring out the color in your panel. Can't wait to see your finished project:) Go for it!!

    Personally (remembber color is personal}I like your color choices and I qould do an inner border of gold and your dark as an outer border. That is a gorgeous panel and I am sorry I didn't get it. Keep going. Trust your eye.

    I would use the gold and maybe even add a nice red with it also. maybe just a thin one.

    Your panel is beautiful. I would add a small gold or red border and a larger dark border.
