    Before I even looked at this thread, I knew you should go forward with your pattern. This is so cute - the baby will love all the colors and tracing them with his/her fingers. Keep up the good work.

    love the colors....do not abandon this great quilt!!! start thinking of your own design and change it up a little...your gc is lucky!!!!! good luck

    who says you have to follow a pattern to the letter. Your being creative and adding the extra does not take from what your doing. The blocks are lovely, the nice bright colors. I vote, keep going

    I would say to keep going, it is looking very very nice. Perhaps bring out the blue/greens more?

    Just keep going. It looks great so far. Try out the extra blocks in the spaces you left. That will tell you what color would look right with what you already have.
