Default Opinions needed on fabric placement :)

Hi everyone. I want to make a birthday bunting banner and I'm not sure how to place my fabric. Should I use the solid colors for the background banner with the stripped fabric for the lettering or vise a versa? I still need to buy a solid yellow. Another question, Do you like the strip horizontal or vertical?
    Thanks Y'all!

I would probably do multicolored solids on the stripe. Just me.

Yep. The stripe stands out better on the solid fabric. Think the stripe needs to be horizontal.. other wise some edges of the letters could get "lost". What a fun idea.

I like the stripes for the letters and a solid background. For me, stripes for the background create too much visual confusion. Not sure whether the stripes horizontal or vertical would make a difference for me.

Yes, I think the bright striped letters stand out much better on the solid backgrounds.

I'm voting for the solid letters on bright striped background ... but I'd make all the letters the same color. just my opinion ....

    I'd go with vertical.
