My suggestion would be to try a bright green (grass) directly under the house and a gray (road/sidewalk) or a bright floral (garden) in the center.

right top and right bottom block. Like some one mentioned if the center is the same color scheme it looks like an acorn instead of a house. super cute design. Is it made for jelly rolls? And yes like some one mentioned dark house light window and door and for a light house dark window and door. The upper right fits those parameters best.
