    I like everything but the pink "keys". Very nice quilt, Tartan! Lovely fabrics.

    I agree with zozee that the pink fabric should be left out of the piano key border. I do however, like the pink inner border.

    I like the second pic and add a pink binding...keep the pink out of the piano keys. Oh so many thoughts, remember it is your quilt!

    Top is done! I tried cornerstones and the fabric I had left did not look right. I tried going around the edge with the piano keys in one direction but I ended up with 1/2 keys. I tried the piano keys at the top and bottom and then the sides going the whole length and it worked out with only 1/8 to 1/16 over. SOLD! Here she is.[ATTACH=CONFIG]601897[/ATTACH]

    I did enjoy using the templates. With the dog ears removed it made the piecing easy and accurate. I want to try different colour placements to see what other patterns will appear on paper before doing another one in fabric.
