Love the 8 peeps block. Your color choices make this a stunning quilt. I do have s question... are the peels appliqued or pieced? Very nice.

I like the bottom square, the one shaped like an "X". And the top quilt, without the dark fabric around the peels.

Also, (hope you don't mind) I think you should be more generous with the aqua in your peels. It's going to be

beautiful no matter what you do!

First I have to comment what an innovative setting this is for Orange Peel! Lovely work Marion, you are always stretching the envelope and the results are always fantastic.

I think this would look outstanding if you made each of the 4 black blocks in the center the 8 peel block.

Beautiful orange peel variation, just lovely.

I love the block on the left!! I like the colour contrast against the black and I prefer minimalist designs. But I know I'm in the minority with that preference.
