So, I'm working on my Blooming 9 patch and I run out of a particular fabric. My LQS doesn't have any more, so I go online and find it at Shabby Fabrics. (Sorry, Nancy, I looked at Favoritefabrics first, but it wasn't listed) I called them to make sure they had enough, and Julie, the person I spoke with promised to look for the order as soon as it came through and expedite shipping for me. ONE HOUR later, I get an email confirming that the order has been shipped, with the tracking number!! Now is that customer service or what!!! I am really impressed!!

I love it when shops go the extra mile! That's how shops will stay in business, no matter how expensive fabric gets! (IMHO, that is).
