I have an abundance of "oriental type fabric" that my daughter LOVES. Having a hard time coming up with a pattern to use them

How about kimonos, lanterns, pagodas and ginger jars?

Check out the cover quilt of the October issue of Quilter's World. Scroll down to the bottom for a pic of Asian Scrappy Roads. I saw this same pattern made up in batiks and it was beautiful.

I made Robert Kaufman's "Twelve Moons" as a wedding gift.

This is a beautiful pattern and the fabric is delicious. I immediately went to the site you suggested and printed off the free pattern. I don't know where it's going, but I have to make this quilt.
