I bought a $200.00 Ott Floor lamp and it worked for about 3 months and now it won't work at all . We ordered new light bulbs thinking that was the problem but they arent working either! Anyone else had this problem? If so does anyone know where you can take it to get it fixed?????

I would take it back to where you bought it - three months is way to short of a time for that expensive of a lamp.

I've had a floor lamp and two table lamps for several years - never had a problem with them. I agree with the other writer - take them back to where you bought them there should be some compensation.

We were given one that wasn't working and my DH had to replace the ballast in it. We wrote to Ottlite, they made him sign a waiver & then sent the new ballast unit. Now it works great!! I love mine which is also a floor model. Good luck!

I love all of my Ottlites and suggest you call the company and ask if they want you to bring it back to the POP (point of purchase) or ship it to them. Good luck!

I would think there is a one year warranty, so I would call them and find out how to handle this :D:D:D
