    My hubby has a harley, a airboat, tons of hunting stuff plus he has a embroidery machine. He has way more toys than I do.

    My hubby's toy is his Piper Cherokee Six airplane... then again it is my toy, too, because he can fly me around anywhere to get fabric!! What a man!

    Ours is a Piper Arrow. Just like you, I love flying around to get fabric. I have been to a lot of quilt shops I wouldn't have gotten to driving. Love my pilot!

    Mine was into woodworking before he retired. Basement still has woodworking tools that probably won't be used again. (Course, I have 'stuff' I'm just not ready to part with.)
    Since he retired he's chief cook and bottle washer. Does all of the grocery shopping and cooking [which is great because I'm trying to lose weight]. Also does the laundry which I fold. Bought him kitchen tools for Christmas.

    Oh, lest I forget, he has a Bernina 820 and the Bernina quilting frame! The 440 QE is mine as is the Janome and the Juki. His next project is a quilt.

    My husband has lots of toys including OUR Harley. He is also a finish carpenter so he has lots of tools. He never complains when I buy fabric or toys because I never complain when he goes to Home Depot. Fair is fair.

    My DH has every electrical supply available and a load of tools. Of course he did the electrial wiring on our house. He is very handy to have around. But his favorite hobby is crossword and work puzzles. Three newspapers a day, thata about 2 yards of fabric a week. Not a bad tradeoff.

    I think you hit the nail on the head with that......my husband never complains about my quilting time or quilting purchases.......now I know why..frees him from guilt for spending so much time on his hunting and sports. LOL

    Golf, his '86 pinball machine, hot tub, gardening, cooking (although he still could take some lessons on the cooking) but I won't argue.
