I had an "OOPS" at the Quilt Shop of DeLand, Florida. The items put in my bag were not the ones I had selected, so I contacted them. Judy Hansen, the owner sent me the correct ones, postage free, and I was told to keep the incorrect items or donate them.
Yes, I will return there for this type of positive service.

Marshall's is GREAT. I can easily spend the whole day in their store. You get very personal service and they always go the extra mile. No wonder they are so successful and a "destination" store. Prices are amazing, too. If ever within driving distance of Batesville AR, be sure to GO.

Will definitely keep this in mind. I hate to order online because of bad service but will consider them.

If giving Kudos to company's I would have 3 Deb Tucker, Mo Star, and Sidelines. I have had awesome customer service from them. I hope it's a trend in the industry!!

I am fortunate enough to be able to visit Marshall's Dry Goods in Batesville, AR about twice a year. I am always impressed by their prices, selections, and the friendly and helpful staff at the store.

Thanks for such a good recommendation for outstanding service from Marshall Dry Goods, I will have to check out their website. Nice to know. Several years ago I had ordered some fat quarters from Connecting Threads, and when the order came, I did not get the fat quarters I ordered, but some gorgeous fat quarters. When I called, I was told to keep the fat quarters and they would send out the ones I ordered. That was a great deal to me as these were glitzy fat quarters and a great addition to my stash.

Sure enough they had sent the wrong fabric. I explained that I would keep the order I received but would like to re-order the correct one. The gentleman I spoke with said they would ship out what I needed at no charge to me since it was their mistake. Their fabric is reasonably priced, good quality and boy do I wish I could visit their store. But then again, that could be a bad thing!

That's interesting! I had a problem with an order from them and never heard back from them. SVAL

I'm glad that the company were so understanding. I imagine that you will use them again. Happy Quilting.

It is great to know that some companies treat their customers like they deserve to be treated.
