    drgranny,
Wow! 7 bookcases full. You must have been quilting for a long time to acquire that much material.
How many quilts have you made and how long have you been quilting?

I have a big old TV entertainment center ( in the large opening I put a shoe divider to hold smaller containers) and that along with some bookshelves.. I put fabric 1 yd. and wider on comic boards and store in clear plastic totes on the shelves.. smaller pieces are in clear sweater containers by size .. 1/4, 1/2, 1/3, 3/4.. then using long narrow clear found at Fred Meyers -I have strips according to width.. and use clear shoe boxes for triangles, and various sizes of squares.. Labeling each container with size within.. Easy to find and dust free..
