We were just there in November and really enjoyed it. I liked Quilter's Alley and Hancock's. Hancock's was very overwhelming as there was so much to look at. I did find the batik remnant's table and found a lot of fabric to choose from. It was to the right and toward the back when you went in the main door. We also enjoyed the museum. We also enjoyed walking the streets and the antique shops around the river. Have fun!

A short hop away in Benton, Ky (about 30 minutes depending on where you are staying) is a store called "Odds & Ends".

I've known the lady that owns it (Zella) for around 20 years. It's a small shop that has tons of blacks & whites...her prices run from $6 to $9 a yard for 100% cottons. She is just a super lady!

She is getting in more and more fabric every week so she'll be super stocked for the quilt show and stays open that whole week usually until 11 pm. We all go and help her out and visit with everyone that comes in. Some nights we play games and just have a blast. She stays open so the folks have a chance to come down after the others have closed up.

I hope you take a few minutes and come down and visit with us.

Like a few others have commented, a friend and I are also planning on visiting Paducah Mar 7-8-9th. Maybe I'll meet someone from this QB?

Don't let Hancock's overwhelm you. Start in one corner and go up and down one aisle at a time. Otherwise you'll miss something.
