    Default Painting with thickened dyes?

I took a class on painting with thickened dyes (using sodium alginate as a thickener). I cannot find the handout for the class.

Does anyone have a resource that would tell me how to mix these dyes? (What amount, what 'ingredients', etc.)

    Thanks!
