I live alone now and unless I need to go out I wear house dresses and slippers.

My grand daughter is coming over this afternoon so I still have my sponge Bob pj's on that she and her sister gave me for chistmas.

Love those pajama days! I try to do one once a week - I've even been known to take a shower, fix my hair and makeup, then put on a clean pair of pj's to spend the day in my quilting room!

this weekend I'll be having another of those days! My DH is a CPA and this is the height of tax season. I'm a quilting widow. My two "girls" (yellow and chocolate labs) and I go to the country house where I spend most of my time in the sewing room. I leave to let the girls in and out, feed them, feed me, and that's about it. I will be binding a quilt commission and hopefully also finishing another commission, for my god-daughter's class project for their school auction, so not really a commission but a pay-it-forward type of thing.

I'm working on the quilted jacket posted in the tutorial section. You'll find it here:

I use to make Sunday's my PJ day when I was with my DD.Mainly because I did dog adoptions on Saturdays and was exhausted. It was still nice.
But now that I am at my brothers I never know who is going to show at the door. I have to be up and dressed right away every morning and stay dressed until 9pm when I go to bed. I can't even get into my jammies and relax and watch tv in the evenings.
Oh how I wish I could win the lottery and get my own place.

I love pajama day, if it was up to me every day would be pajama day. DS would be in his pajamas all day also...takes after me. But DH thinks that everyone should be dressed.
So when he's away, it's pajama day.
