I've done some searching and can't find any for free. Why don't you try your hand at CREATING your own paper piecing pattern? draw some lines across picture of a pear and see if you can sew to make it look right.
On second thought.....Iris Folding is a technique used in scrapbooking/cardmaking. Here's a sample.....I'm sure it can be adapted to fabric. Check out this site then do a search for a pattern.. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/512073420100684853/

Do you have a picture of a pear you like (maybe you can draw one or get a coloring book page). If you do you can take it down and make a copy of it in the size you like. Then you can add your own sewing lines (for pp). When I have done this (I make two), on one I color the different areas of the item in different patterns to see if I need more or fewer pieces and make my changes on the other picture. Then I make a couple of copies and I sew one up, this is my tester. If I need to resize anything I do on my extra picture with just the lines (in pencil). When it looks the way I want it to, I go over everything with a "black sharpie" and make my copies so I can start my production. Good luck
