    Does anyone have a pattern for a bird cage cover they are willing to share.

    this is like the cage I got

    My parrots cage is four foot by four foot. I wouldn't know where to start making a cover. How big is your cage. Maybe post a pic.

    I think I may have an idea for you.... :)

    You could try this pattern ( http://missouriquiltco.com/shop/patt...-and-that.html and adjust it!!!!!

    You may want to make a test bottom to check the fit out of muslin or something. Also you may want to use a heavy interfacing for the top......

    I would just take the measurements for my square and add a 5/8" seam allowance, plus maybe an 1 1/2" - 2" for good measure to the top square (to make it easier to pull over). Then measure the length you want.

    It depends on how fancy, because if you want a down and dirty, you could take a wide piece of material sew it up the side and do a like a rod pocket type deal at the top and run some yarn, string, ribbon, etc. to gather it up at the top.

    We have this same exact cage!! I was thinking of making a bottom section to catch all the seed using elastic on the top and bottom.
