Good morning from Ohio!

I recently purchased a Grace Pinnacle frame on Ebay. It was $50, new in box but did not include the larger parts. Most importantly, the Aluminium rails. Does anyone know where I can get these? I have contacted Grace Frame and they no longer have any parts for this model.

You might check craigslist ads. Also ask the Grace company if the rails from one of their other frames can be substituted. Did the ebay ad claim that the frame was complete? If it was misrepresented, you could ask for a refund.

Most quilting frames that have to be mailed don't include the rails, because the shipping on them would be huge. You can buy rails at a home center or hardware store..or if you're in an area with a steel pipe supplier. Grace sells rails, here:

this may not be the correct diameter for your frame, so check the manual..just to give you an idea of prices.

I got mine at Home Depot. They come in 10ft sections and they will cut them to the length you prefer.
