I just Googled "paper pieced rooster" and came up with some interesting ones! My mom loved Rooster decor back in the 60's... so I am still fascinated by them.
Just in case you haven't done it before, when you Google something like this, instead of going through the list of websites, click on the "images" button and you will get a bunch of pictures to look at... clicking those will take you to the sites. There is one from Pink Castle Fabrics that looks nice.

I think that's the same pattern as the Ann Shaw one, but reversed and with a plain white background, instead of a printed background.
My LQS recently offered a couple of Ann Shaw classes, I didn't go but a friend of mine did, and I was able to see the progress of the quilts. Fascinating and beautiful! It was amazing to see some of the fabric choices - made me stop and think, "Wow, I never would have thought to use that fabric there, but it works!" Lol.
