    If you run out of broken tape measures, Harbor Frieght (our newest craft store LOL!) has them on sale all the time. Usually 10 to 12 feet for 99c.

    Thanks to everyone for the info. I am out of sewing time for
    today but will try to put one together tomorrow. It does look
    super simple.. Are't we getting addicted to Harbor Freight....
    Was short of time last visit but plan to go back and really
    browse...

    i do think you should cover your metal edges, they will eventually cut into the material.
