I have miscellaneous pet fabric, what kind of quilt could make to use these fabrics?

Kids love pet designs! I found a set of twin sheets of puppies and doggie toys on sale at one of the mall shops. Apparently they were in demand ... asking full price... not on clearance.

I quilt in a scrappy style and mostly my animals are just blended in with different things. When I layout my quilts I label them Alpha across the top and numbers down -- if I ever have a quilt (which I have) with a K9 block, well -- I have to use a canine fabric!

Recently a forum member showed the Simplish design, which I am going to be using for any number of donation quilts. In fact, my project for today at my small group is to cut my rectangles out of various jungle animal prints, then the squares will be jungle prints, all held together by leopard print!

I've made cat blocks out of cat fabrics and dog houses out of dog fabrics,
    Cats and Dogs

This block is called "Puss in the Corner" and have made it with cats in the center, but this year being year of the pig, I made a Pig Pen quilt for donation, but my daughter in law has a friend who just loves pigs and has claimed it for her.

If you mean what patterns, then "I Spy" quilts. Match the Pair. panels, attic window, square in a square.

I have a couple smaller throws that I keep in the car. Not only for the kids but sometimes you want something over you lap when the others Refuse to put on the heater! Pet fabric would be fun for these throws.

I bought a tub full of material at an estate sale and didn't realize it was all dog print until I really examined the stash. I made one child's quilt from this stash in a bowtie pattern and then appliqued a large "Clifford the Big Red Dog" on one of the corners. It turned out really cute. Just wish I had kept a picture of it to share with you.

I make small animal quilts for an animal shelter with dog and cat prints so they have something soft to lay on while they're at the shelter. They animals get to keep the blanket when they're adopted by their forever family.
