I am looking for a new machine. I primarily quilt but also some sew shams, pillows, crafts and clothing. I want some embroidery capability. I keep seeing these 2 machines, I am leaning more to the 2056 but my sister has the 2124 and loves it. I would appreciate all coments and suggestions.

I would look for a machine that has a larger throat.

I have a 2056 and have had good luck. I also would go for the biggest throat space. I love the needle threader and the built in walking foot, and I think both would have those features. I haven't sewn on the other so I can't compare for you.
