I own a Pfaff QE 4.o and have in the past had to change the setting to use the Sensormatic function but have lost that info. Can someone help me?

Did you try looking at the manufacturers website for the owners manual? Or email Pfaff?
If that doesn't work PM me, and I can ask my friend who has that machine to see if she can find the info.

Press the settings menu button (the one that looks like little tools)
Use the arrow down button on the wheel to scroll down to sensormatic free-motion setting
Press ok
Attach Presser foot 6A
Lower the feed dogs and away you go!
