    well i posted a few days ago that i got the wrong patternand book from them and today he called and apologized and said it would go out tomorrow i want to send the other book back but he dont bother it was their mistake and he just wanted things right but in my mind rithg would be return the book theysent wrong or pay for it dont you think they where really nice geuss things reall do work out you ladys already new that thanks

    That's just good business if you ask me. When I make a mistake with something on my site, I give the buyer something for free as well.

    I am glad they worked it out!
    I am still hemming and hawing about buying that ruler. I should but then I wonder how much will I use it but then I like gadgets... softexpressions has it on sale but the shipping is a kicker.
