Yes, they're very easy to do! Have made them for Christmas presents for the kids. They love anything with their names on them. :lol:

The ladies I work with at Hancock's have been making them for the million pillowcase challenge. Go the American Patchwork and Quilting website. They have directions for the pillowcases and several different embellishments. They are easy and much appreciated.
