It is for a baby quilt so I was thinking polka dots or plaid... hearts on brown, anything that is not obviously a theme fabric.

    Thanks!
I like Thousands of Bolts online for quilt shop quality fabric from famous makers at bargain prices.
They have loads of fabrics and it's shown by color or theme.

There was a pink and brown swap a while back. I had to back out of it, but got the craze and bought some beautiful fabrics. They remind me of See's Candies.

I am looking for brown and lavender minky and all I can find is pink and brown, look at minky or minkee and you will find some very nice prints that would make a beautiful baby quilt.......... good luck.

I just did a wallhanging with a fabric fitting that exact description. Since the thing was a kit created at Austin Sewing I'm not sure who the manufacturer was but they carry a lot of Moda. You could also contact them at http://www.austinsewing.com

    I hope this helps.

Have you tried Kaffe Fasset fabric? They have tons of colour combinations in "non traditional" styles.

How about these? They're from a group by Wilmington Prints that's called "Simple Nature". It comes in a blue colorway too.
