I cut up some new flip-flops, feels like the same stuff and they stay put, too. So they are square, but the price is right

The pinmoors are molded from silicone. That makes them self healing. The pin holes tries to close up around the pin so they stay in place. That is the key feature of the Pinmoors and why they work so great. Ive never seen a pair of silicone molded flip flops.
