Here are my rather imperfect pinwheels I have been putting together day to day since the 10th.
They are just kind of randomly placed on the wall for now...I have no idea what their final purpose will be.

Lori, go to the Quilt In A Day website and there's a free pattern by Eleanor Burns for a 12" finished block made exactly this way, but you don't NEED to paper piece them. It's the easiest way to do this block.

You've got one of your pinwheels wrong - the 4th row from top and sixth block going left to right!!!!! Or maybe you planned it that way. I really like your layout!

I want it big enough so he/she can use it for a while. That will be the only way I can tell. So, ladies pray that the rest of it goes together with matching corners.
I really like your quilt(in the making). I also like to make baby quilts larger so that they can get more use out of them.

Well...here's mine so far...only two black blocks in the whole thing, and they've gotta end up touching! Had it laid out nicely, but daughter and I kept moving strips around. Oh well...it's scrappy, so will stay that way...

Very Nice! I know what you mean about moving them around and still getting them not right. I did the same thing with mine. Oh, well, too late now.

You can take a picture of your block and upload it to your camera. I find the easiest way is to scan your block (as long as it's smaller than 8.5x11". Then you get a perfect picture of the block.

When you choose "reply" you get the box to write your message. Below the Send button is the title "File Attachments." You need to know where your picture is on your computer. Click on browse, which will take you to a list of what's on your computer. Navigate from there to where your picture is and double click! Ta da! You can write a title in the long rectangle box if you want.

I find the easiest way to find my pictures is to save them to the desktop. Very easy to find that way. I'm not a Mac user, but there must be an easy place to store things so you can find them quickly.

    Good luck!
