I'm working on mine. Since I'm using scraps, I've pieced some into 1/2 sq triangles and pressed, Then I do a batch into pinwheels. So far many different sizes. This has given me motivation.

Its kinda weird but why is it the last few pinwheels that I need to do is the best ones and that I have had no problems with. Maybe its because I am almost finished with my pinwheels and the more you do the easier they get. O! Well the next time I get ready to do pinwheel quilt or etc., I should be better at it.

    Happy quilting everyone!!!! ;-)

I have about 15 done and I've found that if I lay the cut pieces on top of the sewn pinwheels in the right position and then carry them to the machine that way I am less likely to get them out of order and if I do I'm more likely to be able to catch it and correct it.

I have done 21 blocks from my Moda Happy camping charms. Really like them and enjoying seeing how each one turns out!

I have 16 pinwheels done now. I'm really using scraps given to me and using white & or pale blue or tan shirting for the 'off' color. The part about pinwheels I hate is - preparing the fabric! It takes more time ironing & cutting than it does sewing. Thought I NEVER would be doing this but - now here I am and having fun. Pix later.
