    Hi I want to make a pinwheel quilt.Im having trouble with points so they come together in middle.I know they are tranigles sewn together,but having trouble getting the centers to meet correctly.It doesnt look that hard to do. Cora(sugarloaf)

    I feel your pain. I have the same problem. I find that accurate seams, accurate cutting. Helps. I found that a scant ¼" seam (1 or 2 threads short of ¼")helps. Keep trying it will get better:)

    I will stick a pin thru the two pieces, where the points if the triangles meet. Then, while making sure that the pin is vertical, I will properly pin the seam. I find that an 'Angler 2' guide also helps.

    The MSQC has an awesome tutorial on Pinwheels. Jenny Doan is so great as an instructor. I watched her tut several times and tried it. My points are perfect every time. Give it a look:)
