I heard back - and the shoes are not plastic. They used shiny fabric. The shoe design is included. That is a relief. I am definitely going to buy it - however I won't be starting on mine until after we move and get settled in. I figure it will be in a few weeks. I'll post back once I have my first ones made. I'm probably going to kick them all out at once - one right after the other this way I don't have to constantly change the embroidery design. I can just do each file over and over until I get all the pieces I need then move on to the next piece... it will seem like it is taking forever but it will be quicker in the end
