Hancock's of Paducah has really quality solids, Kona and more for reasonable prices.

You can't beat Kona solids for quality. I've noticed some white fabrics are see through; Kona is not.

I like muslin or a whitish marble or WOW for most of my whites. But if you need a plain solid white white, you can't beat Kona cotton.

I would use kona solids. Hancock of Paducah has it for less then $6 a yard and often has sales on Kona solids. It is a little meatier then most fabrics and does not shine through like whites often do.

I got 100% cotton today from Hancock's for $2.99 a yard. The lady said it was quilting quality. It is thick and soft and you can not see your hand through it. See I am learning ladies and gents. lol

KONA COTTON! KONA MAKES THE BEST SOLIDS AROUND  they have a couple different WHITES. i believe Kona Snow is the whitest...around here the kona solids run about $5-$6 a yard.

I do this too. I do the same for my backings. I buy a lot of sheets...they must wonder if I have a problem with incontinence...
