    I like the fussier red one (third down)... or maybe pick up the green... I love Christmas green... =)

    I see what you mean. I think the red is best of those you posted but not really quite right. Good luck with finding something you really love!

    Do you have a gold metallic fabric? I think that would really look the best. It could have a subtle paisley woven in it perhaps, but not something busy that would detract from the solid appearance of the gold metallic.

    I LOVE the plate! Re the center, have you considered using a solid color fabric in the center? IMHO you have a LOT of pattern in the plate fabrics and using a solid color or one that reads as a solid would help to calm it down. But not that white one :)

    I lke the second one (red center) the best. I would use the gold as the sashing to set the blocks apart. They are all pretty. You did a good job!! crafty_linda_b
