Congrats and welcome to the FW club! Hope your little Maggie May is as good a little girl as my 1949 Effie is. After I got Effie, I added Sandy (1962 Singer Touch n Sew) and just recently got Emma Elizabeth (1917 Model 66 Red Eye treadle) (see my avatar). Now I've got my eye on a Singer 301 and she will be Lois Leora. Yikes!! I've gone round the bend haven't I???

OMG! How often would this happen that there are at least three of us on this board who have or will have machines named 'Maggie May'. I've always so loved the sound of this name. I'm waiting for my new machine to arrive in a few days and I'd already named her 'Maggie May' after my dear deceased grandmother. Maybe we should start our own Maggie May group. This is funny!
