    At first, I would say no border...then a narrow solid border would look good......but you would only gain 4 inches...so no border on this fun quilt.

    These are all great ideas, but I like the piano key idea the best. I think it would make your sashing stand out and add visual interest. This is going to be a beautiful quilt!

    Use a dark solid color to frame it. I like it. I am a bold color person.

    There seems to be more blue than anything so I would go with a little darker 3" blue border. Nice scrappy.

    I vote for a dark blue or almost navy border. You sure did a great job working with those small squares and lining up the intersections!

    I'd like to see it with a narrow white border with a wider black or navy border. You could put matching corner blocks or three blocks at each corner too.
