On the pricing, I just want to suggest that double the length should not cost quite double the price, because there is almost the same amount of binding/finishing work to be done regardless. I would be more likely to buy a big one if the price gave that impression of being better value per inch.

I would say to make some of each size, but more of the longer ones. Some people may not want to spend $60.00 but really love the runners, and would spend the $30.00 and be satisfied with the shorter runner. But I think most people would want to use the runners on a dining table, and the longer length would be better.

Went to a festival this summer, they were selling those quickie tablerunners for 25.00. They didn't even have batting or quilting. Just two lengths sewn togeter with the point on the end. I don't know if 60 for a bargello is enough money to ask..but then you are pricing yourself out if you ask more I think.
    Simpler might be better.

    THIS with bells on!!! :-D :-D :-D

If you're making toppers, I'd just make the longer ones. Unless you wanted to make both, but I guess not or you wouldn't be asking us which ones!  :D

I agree that both sizes will sell. I would need both sizes since I use them on tables, dressers, side boards and any other flat surfaces I have.

These are beautiful! To me they are worth all that your asking. People that are looking for something cheep, don't understand the quality and time put into these. I would NOT lower your price one bit!

I would buy a 20" & a 40". The 20" would be used more. The 40" will add a special touch to a lrg. table.

Those who have seen them say it's a very fair price... there are 20+ different fabrics in each. One even said the price "is a steal." So, I'll start here and adjust if necessary. They've all sold so far!
    ;)
    Lets see. Lets see!!! :-D
