Polyester Thread
I'm not sure how, but I have ended up with quite a few spools of 100% Polyester thread, several which are Guttermann. Can't see a wt. on them. What can I use this thread for?

The other day I found a spool of Coats and Clark poly that I've had a long time. I don't buy that brand anymore but it's working out just fine for piecing. I used it in both the top and bobbin. I intend to use it up. My Bernina isn't fussy about thread.

I love using serger poly thread for piecing and I've quilted with it too. My machine isn't picky about thread at all, and I find the serger poly to be even stronger than the 50wt Aurifil that I splurged on. Use it up with no guilt

I almost always use a cotton/poly blend for piecing and often a poly for quilting on the LA---and I much prefer Coat's cotton/poly blend for hand stitching the binding down. it's strong, isn't linty and works great in all my machines.
