I'm saddened to see members of this Board saying they're going to leave. If they would only give it a little longer, I'm sure they would get used to it. I've been on and off here today and have to say it is getting more and more familiar. I have no intention of leaving this Board. Everyone here is so friendly and so helpful and I love it. Everyone, please be patient and you will soon be navigating around this site just like you were the old one.

I went through many computer program changes when I worked. It is always confusing at first and hard to find which link to push. After a week or so, things get automatic and I'm sure they will get that way here too. Hang in there everyone, things will get easier.

I have not tried all the options but so far I like it. Of course it will take a little time to learn but I like the challenge. Love everyone on this board and hope they will give it a try. And just take a little time to get used to it.

Default Change in a website doesn't seem like a big deal

Yesterday was the first anniversary of the death of my husband, totally unexpected, so the reformatting of a forum doesn't seem that traumatic of an event to me. I haven't yet had time to investigate but I'm sure I'll figure it out. If not, I will learn to make do and get what I can out of it.

I agree with grammatjr that we should all take a deep breath and give this new system a chance. I loved the way it was, and was so comfortable there, but stumbled my way around here last night until I found a few things, changed my avatar (again) and read a few posts. Maybe if I don't stay on line all day like I was doing, I will get more sewing done. I have looked at several other boards over the past few months, but have only joined this one, because of the people here and the administrators who do such a good job. It is like getting to know a new member of the family, or a new location with a job relocation, but by golly, we can do it.
God bless and happy sewing to all. Roberta
