Oh Boo Hoo...sorry it looks like it is the paper. You might wish to call the Patchwork Place and see if they have a helpful hint now that you have tons of research and efforts on your part. Maybe they will provide a partial refund if you sound really sad (I'm sure you ARE really sad).
