    I recieved the wrong color of fabric. An easy mistake as the fabric is all named so similar in the batik section.

    I called and the lady on the phone and she was so kind, friendly and helpful.

    She is sending out the right cut immediately.

    I had a similar experience and they sent a return envelope for me to return it. Very nice people and great threads and fabric.
