I had ordered a book on Amazon after seeing a beautiful quilt here on the board that was made from this book. This is the email I received from the seller. I was blown away. And I received the book yesterday. Don't you wish all sellers were this wonderful?!

Thank you for buying "Rotary Cutting Revolution"! I appreciate your business.

Unfortunately, I sold out of it last weekend and didn't see that I still had it on Amazon (I thought I got them all down from my sites, but I missed one, apparently.)

Rather than disappoint you and cancel the order, I went online to a national bookseller, bought it new, and had it sent to you. I have received an email that it has been shipped as of yesterday, but they haven't given me any tracking information yet. I'll let you know when I get it.

I'm sorry I missed this one, but yours is coming. Just not from me! :) If there is anything wrong with the book at all, please tell me and I'll refund your money.

I hope you like it; it has some really beautiful quilt blocks in there. Happy quilting!

Thanks for reporting on Great Customer Service...it is so refreshing to hear. IMHO, there are far more great experiences than bad and I truly love to hear the good ones.

She certainly went above and beyond. She wants to keep you coming back and telling us about her helps her sales too. Great to hear news like this today.
