    If it's not bleeding any more (or if other fabrics are not picking up the bleed), there's no need for color catchers. Color catchers are a safety precaution. If they come out clean, there is no need to use them in subsequent washings.

    dylon sos colour run pulled all the red out of a finished quilt and prevented it from resetting in the whites.

    Hi DJ! I just bought red fabric at JoAnn's too. I'm afraid to use it, but I'm anxious to start my new project. Well, I'm off to find my Retayne.
