Can you cut away the urine-soaked areas and treat the others with baking soda and sunshine? And then wash the heck out of whatever you make? What a shame. That batting might be only good for a cat quilt. After treating of course. Even cats probably won't sleep on urine-scented batting.

cut off the section that has the urine on it and piece together with new batting. If it's only the smell then close it up with a pet order remover spray for a day or two and the smell will go away enough to work with it.

That has to be so frustrating. I'm not sure I could use it.

I use Odoban (get it from Home Depot). The vet recommended it. It does a pretty good job on most odors but kitty pee is so concentrated. When I used fusible batting, the fusible part dissolved in the wash (thankfully) otherwise, the little project would have been stiff as a board.

I think I would have to chalk it up to a loss and purchase new. Nothing worse that cat urine, seems it never goes away. Sorry
